The Everything Bar

Years of Old City Apothecary… in one bar of soap.

I’ve been saving soap ends since I started making soap. Trimmings, end cuts, broken bars and perfectly good pieces that simply weren’t pretty enough to sell all went into the collection.

Over the years, they added up.

Rather than throw them away, I finally reworked them into something entirely new.

Everything Soap was a beautiful accident.

There is quite literally a little bit of everything in these bars. Because they’re made from remnants of so many different Old City recipes, every batch is different and no two bars are exactly alike.

The current batch is predominantly charcoal-based, with bits of chamomile and lavender botanicals woven throughout and an incredible assortment of oils from past formulas, including some of my favorites like babassu, avocado and coconut.

That’s one of my favorite things about this soap. I use beautiful oils and botanicals in my recipes, and Everything Soap gives all those good ingredients one more chance to become something instead of ending up in the trash.

It produces a rich lather and leaves skin feeling clean and refreshed.

And because I have to accumulate enough soap scraps before I can make another batch, Everything Soap is genuinely limited.

Once it’s gone, it’s gone…

until I make enough soap to make more soap.
