Dried, cut mullein leaf grown and harvested in small batches by Old City Apothecary.
Our mullein is grown using sustainable and regenerative gardening practices without synthetic pesticides, herbicides or fertilizers. Our herbs are never irradiated.
Mullein is a biennial herb known for its distinctive soft, fuzzy leaves and tall flowering stalks. The dried leaves can be prepared as a simple herbal tea.
To Prepare:
Add 1–2 teaspoons of dried mullein leaf to 1 cup of hot water. Steep for 10–15 minutes, then strain thoroughly through a fine filter to remove the naturally occurring fine hairs from the leaves.
