Directions: Shake well before use. Add 1 full dropper to 2 oz of water or juice. Take 2–4 times daily.

I have been having hot flashes or heat strokes at night. It wakes me up and makes getting a good night of sleep challenging. Even my grandson would comment how hot the bed was wear i was laying when i got up and he laid down where i had been. Since i started using the unchanged all nighttime hot flashes have decreased to almost non existent . If i start to feel warm I’ll just put my feet out and then I’m perfect. I use once a day sometimes twice. Will be buying more
